Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. In periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information as soon as the shipment is on its way.
Shipping Times
We ship to the United States, Europe, and most international destinations. Delivery times vary based on location and local postal services.
Estimated delivery timeframes:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking link.
If your tracking number shows no updates after several days, this does not necessarily indicate an issue; some carriers update tracking in batches.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to correct your address, contact us immediately. Once the order has entered processing or shipping, we may not be able to make changes.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary by region and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or control these fees.
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, we cannot provide a refund for the original shipping cost. Additional return shipping fees may also apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can assist in tracking the shipment.
A package is considered lost if it has not arrived within 45 business days from the shipping date. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please:

If the package cannot be located after these steps, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. We cannot issue refunds for orders that show an official delivery scan.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos or video showing the issue. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
